Information Lemon Basil Hummus

Ingredients

  • 16oz Garbonzo Beans
  • 4oz Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2oz Cold Pressed Flax Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Yellow Onion Lightly
  • 2T Chopped Garlic
  • 1T Ground Raw Sesame Seeds
  • 6 Basil Leaves
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • Sea Salt
  • Fresh Cracked Pepper


Instructions

  1. Saute onion and garlic lightly and deglaze with white wine.
  2. Combine all ingredients in food processor and mix until smooth.
  3. Scrape sides and mix again.
  4. Drain beans and rinse well.
  5. Add into food processor.
  6. Chill and serve.
