Ingredients
- 16oz Garbonzo Beans
- 4oz Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2oz Cold Pressed Flax Oil
- 1/4 Cup Yellow Onion Lightly
- 2T Chopped Garlic
- 1T Ground Raw Sesame Seeds
- 6 Basil Leaves
- 1/2 Lemon
- Sea Salt
- Fresh Cracked Pepper
Instructions
- Saute onion and garlic lightly and deglaze with white wine.
- Combine all ingredients in food processor and mix until smooth.
- Scrape sides and mix again.
- Drain beans and rinse well.
- Add into food processor.
- Chill and serve.
